Overeating is a challenge for many people and an awareness of it might be slow and coming.

Check these questions to learn if you might be using food to punish as opposed to nourish yourself.

1) Do you eat when you are not hungry?
2) Do you go on eating binges for no apparent reason?
3) Do you have feelings of guilt or remorse after overeating?
4) Do you plan secret binge eating episodes ahead of time?
5) Do you eat sensibly in the presence of others, only to make up for it later by eating alone?
6) Do you eat to escape from worries or trouble?
7) Does your eating behavior make you or others unhappy?

Overeaters Anonymous is a non-profit organization that offers meetings to help you or others you love. OA welcomes any man or woman who wants to stop eating compulsively.
